How do you read and export your reports?

In Reports you find your daily summary, profit and expenses, product and customer reports and charts in one place, choose a period and export to a file.

← All guides

Before you start

  • Reports need a business and a connected store; without one the page shows a Connect a store button.
  • Know where the numbers come from. On General reports, amounts are as reported in the marketplace account statement; they are not proven order totals. When an order's status is not yet confirmed by the marketplace, that status comes from the marketplace view and is counted separately (for example the Day by day card says "The status of … orders comes from the marketplace view"). Observed and proven figures are never added together.
  • Missing data is never shown as zero. When a rate rests on too little data you see "Incomplete data" and the coverage percentage.

Steps

The daily view

  1. Under Reports, open Overview reports.
  2. On the Day by day cards at the top, see today (up to the newest order) and the three days before: Orders, Average basket and Cancelled + returned.
  3. Below, read the Calculation and verification rates, the Profit cards and the expenses (Sale-driven expenses, Extra expense invoices). When a product cost is missing, profit shows as incomplete or unavailable, never as zero; the number of calculated orders grows as you enter costs.
  4. Change the period with Today, Yesterday, This month or Last month.

Products, customers and charts

  1. Open Product reports; pick filters such as Date, Brand and Category, then press Apply. The Best sellers tab gives the period's best selling products.
  2. On Customers you see total, business, individual and loyal customers. Orders without a buyer id are not counted as customers.
  3. On Charts there are panels such as net sales per day, orders by marketplace and the order status mix.
  4. Stock movements and Orders by city show stock changes and how your orders spread over provinces.

Exporting

  1. The Exports page lists what each file contains and which page creates it.
  2. Open that page, choose the period and filters, and use its export button. The file follows the period you chose on that page.

What you should see

  • The figures of the period you chose appear on the page.
  • When data is missing, the card says so; an unknown value is not shown as zero.

What each plan sees

  • Starter: the Day by day cards and the three basic panels in Charts are fully open.
  • Growth: Product reports, Stock movements, Orders by city and Exports.
  • Scale: Customers and the Total estimated payout on Overview reports.
  • Pro: the per-store and per-country filters.
  • Team members see the profit and expense sections only with the "costs and profit" permission.
