Core workflow
The central idea is simple: source data enters the catalog, then mappings and operations decide what happens per destination channel.
Start in Settings for Shopify, eBay or WooCommerce. Use CSV/manual import while preparing credentials.
Crossell stores titles, SKUs, variants, images, prices, inventory, attributes, source IDs, and channel listing relationships in one PIM.
Avoid duplicates by linking marketplace listings to the correct catalog product using SKU, source ID, EAN, or manual confirmation.
Paid users can build mappings for channel titles, descriptions, tags, categories, attributes, prices, quantities, and images.
Review listing output and health issues before using live publish, export, refresh, or update flows supported by each marketplace.
How sync works
Crossell reads your connected stores, shows the same product side by side, and changes a store only after someone with permission approves the change.
Crossell reads products, stock, prices and orders from each connected store. Reading never changes anything in your store.
Crossell suggests listings that look like the same product, using barcode and stock code. You decide which ones to combine.
You choose what should change, such as a price or a new listing on another marketplace. Each change waits for approval by an owner or admin.
After approval, Crossell sends the change once. When the marketplace reports the result, the change shows as confirmed or as needing your review.

Each connected store is read again on a schedule.

Confirm the integration is connected in Settings, credentials are still valid, the source account has active products, and then retry import from the catalog workflow.
Add missing catalog attributes such as brand, material, style, occasion, category, dimensions, image metadata, and marketplace-specific fields before mapping.
Check source currency, the provider-documented unit scale, conversion settings and channel overrides. Do not assume every provider field uses cents.
Open Settings, use Billing, then manage the subscription through the Stripe customer portal.
Growth, Scale and Pro include 2, 5 and 20 seats (Starter is just you; Enterprise has a custom seat count). The business owner invites an employee by e-mail from Settings > Team, picks a ready preset or ticks features one by one, and can change, suspend or remove access at any time. An employee never sees billing or plan settings, connects stores only if the owner allows it, and sees amounts only for the money areas the owner allows.
If you are completing Shopify or similar platform review forms, keep the wording narrow and honest. Request only the scopes tied to shipped seller-authorized workflows.
Stock, orders, support, fulfillment, creative, and some publish paths are beta or scaffolded depending on the connected marketplace. Confirm the exact workflow before promising production sync or app-review scope coverage.
