Core workflow

Import once, then operate from the PIM.

The central idea is simple: source data enters the catalog, then mappings and operations decide what happens per destination channel.

Step 1

Connect or import a source

Start in Settings for Shopify, Etsy, eBay, or Trendyol. Use CSV/manual import if you are still preparing credentials.

Step 2

Normalize products in the catalog

Crossell stores titles, SKUs, variants, images, prices, inventory, attributes, source IDs, and channel listing relationships in one PIM.

Step 3

Link existing listings

Avoid duplicates by linking marketplace listings to the correct catalog product using SKU, source ID, EAN, or manual confirmation.

Step 4

Map for each destination

Paid users can build mappings for channel titles, descriptions, tags, categories, attributes, prices, quantities, and images.

Step 5

Preview, check quality, then publish or update

Review listing output and health issues before using live publish, export, refresh, or update flows supported by each marketplace.

Troubleshooting

Fix common blockers before opening a ticket.

I cannot open an ops, arbitrage, creative, mapping, listing, or quality page.

Those routes require Starter+. Free Catalog Check accounts are intentionally limited to dashboard, onboarding, settings, source products, and catalog preview.

My products do not appear after connecting a shop.

Confirm the integration is connected in Settings, credentials are still valid, the source account has active products, and then retry import from the catalog workflow.

The generated listing output looks too generic.

Add missing catalog attributes such as brand, material, style, occasion, category, dimensions, image metadata, and marketplace-specific fields before mapping.

A price, quantity, or currency looks wrong.

Check source currency, unit scale, exchange-rate configuration, profit margin defaults, and channel overrides in Settings. For Trendyol, confirm the source price is in kuruş before conversion.

I need invoices, card changes, or cancellation.

Open Settings, use Billing, then manage the subscription through the Stripe customer portal.

Marketplace review and permission guidance.

If you are completing Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or similar platform review forms, keep the wording narrow and honest. Request only the scopes tied to shipped seller-authorized workflows.

  • Describe Crossell as a multichannel ecommerce management and marketplace integration platform.
  • Do not describe it as scraping, spam, dropshipping automation, or financial tooling.
  • For TikTok Shop service category forms, Shop management is the best match; add Shop registration only if the flow includes seller shop onboarding.
  • Do not request order, finance, fulfillment, messaging, customer service, customer engagement write, or product-delete scopes before those workflows are production-proven.

Do not over-promise live operations.

Stock, orders, support, fulfillment, creative, and some publish paths are beta or scaffolded depending on the connected marketplace. Confirm the exact workflow before promising production sync or app-review scope coverage.
