Crossell.io is a multichannel ecommerce management and marketplace integration platform. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crossell.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Crossell.io enables sellers to import, manage, map, publish, update, and monitor product listings across supported marketplaces including Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Trendyol, TikTok Shop, and others. Capabilities vary by channel and release stage (Live, Beta, Coming). Crossell is a catalog and operations platform — not a dropshipping automation tool, scraping service, or unsolicited marketing platform.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Marketplace Integrations

Crossell acts as a technology provider connecting you to third-party marketplaces. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or agents of Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Trendyol, TikTok, or any other marketplace. You authorize Crossell to access only the data and scopes you approve via OAuth or API credentials. You must comply with each marketplace's terms and policies.

5. Pricing and Fees

Crossell offers free and paid plans billed as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Data and Listings

You retain ownership of product data and listings you submit. You grant Crossell a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for listing accuracy, intellectual property compliance, and marketplace policy adherence.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Crossell to:

• Violate applicable laws or marketplace policies
• Access marketplaces or data without seller authorization
• Scrape, harvest, or resell third-party customer data
• Send spam or unauthorized marketing messages
• List fraudulent, misleading, or infringing products
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls

8. Beta Features

Some features are labeled Beta or Coming. Beta features may change, have limits, or be withdrawn. We do not guarantee production-grade availability for beta modules until explicitly marked Live.

9. Disclaimers

Crossell is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee marketplace acceptance of listings, pricing accuracy, or uninterrupted sync.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crossell shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, data is handled per our Data Deletion Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will post revisions on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
