Daily operations dashboard
Orders, shipment risk, returns, cancellations and period-over-period trends for your Shopify and eBay (beta) accounts.
Features
Each feature names the channels it runs on and whether it is Live or Beta. When a channel does not provide a number, Crossell shows it as missing, not as zero.
Crossell is a web-based seller operations platform for marketplace businesses. It connects your marketplace accounts, imports your listings and orders, shows what needs attention today, and estimates profit per order from your costs and marketplace fees. It serves sellers in Türkiye and the United States; the Starter, Growth, Scale and Pro plans start at $49 per month.

Each card names the channels it runs on. Margin figures are estimates until costs, fees and payouts are complete, and pricing scenarios open only once that data is in. Settlement reports you upload count as your own records, not as channel data.

Shopify orders sync on a schedule, and eBay (beta) orders do too. WooCommerce (beta) orders are read on request; there is no scheduled WooCommerce sync yet.
Estimated margin per order from your costs and channel fees. Missing costs or fees stay marked as missing; profit is confirmed only when cost, fee and settlement data are complete.
Check a price before you change it. Commission, funding, shipping, fulfilment, returns and cost must all be known, or the scenario stays closed.

Set each store's own rules: which warehouses feed it, how its stock is sent and what happens to cancelled stock. Without changes every store keeps today's behaviour.
Label orders with statuses you name, and filter the order list by them.
Give your team named groups with see and edit rights per area. Only the business owner manages them.

A "Handed to logistics" label and filter on the orders list for orders you hand to a logistics provider.
Put returned items back into sellable stock, never more than came back, and move stock between your warehouses.
Coverage differs by channel; Crossell shows the exact scope for each account in your business
Orders are read for Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, TikTok Shop, Trendyol, Pazarama, Çiçeksepeti, N11, PttAVM, and Faire, on a schedule or on request depending on the channel. Customer questions are read on Trendyol, Çiçeksepeti, and N11, return requests on Trendyol, Pazarama, Çiçeksepeti, and N11 and payout data on Trendyol, Pazarama, and N11. Channels outside those lists have no such feed in Crossell yet, and fee and margin figures there are estimates, not reconciled profit.
