What Crossell is

Crossell is a web-based seller operations platform for marketplace businesses. It connects your marketplace accounts, imports your listings and orders, shows what needs attention today, and estimates profit per order from your costs and marketplace fees. It serves sellers in Türkiye and the United States; the Starter, Growth, Scale and Pro plans start at $49 per month.

  1. Connect each store

    Add each seller account on its own, with that marketplace's own API key or sign-in. Crossell checks the connection with a read before it saves anything.

    • Credentials that fail the check are not saved.

  2. Import listings and orders

    Crossell reads the listings and orders of each store, or you upload a CSV. Channel-specific fields are kept, not flattened into one shape.

    • Catalog gaps are flagged: a missing title, description or cost.
    • A figure that is not final yet is marked as at least, partial or an estimate.
    • When a marketplace does not provide a number, Crossell says so instead of showing zero.

  3. Check before anything changes

    Before an update goes out, the preview lists mapping errors, missing fields and every account the change would touch.

    • Actions a marketplace does not support are hidden, not attempted.
    • You can run the free catalog check on your listings before you sign up.

  4. Approve, then send

    Supported updates go out per account. You see the result for each account, not one summary for all of them.

    • Successes and failures are listed separately, per account.
    • Every change is kept in the change history.

  5. Start each day with today's list

    Each morning starts with what needs you, for each account: what to ship, what is late and what is missing.

    • Orders and listings from every connected account in one place.

When a marketplace refuses an update, that account's row says so and the other accounts are not affected. When the outcome is unclear, for example because the marketplace did not answer in time, Crossell does not send the update again on its own: it waits until a person has checked it.
