How do you manage your products, costs and stock?

You see your store products, enter unit costs, watch stock differences between stores, and transfer products to another marketplace with a preview and an approval.

← All guides

Before you start

  • Products are pulled from your connected stores automatically. If you do not want to wait, press Pull now on Store products.
  • Cost entry is on every plan. Stock across stores is on Growth and above and Bundles on Scale and above; on a lower plan you see a locked summary in those sections.
  • Approving a transfer needs the business owner or an administrator.

Steps

Enter your unit costs

  1. Under Products open the Costs tab. Your biggest sellers without a cost stand out under Biggest sellers without a cost.
  2. Use the Only products without a cost filter to list what is missing.
  3. Type the amount in Unit cost (for example 149.90) and press Enter. It is saved and you move to the next product.
  4. With many products, pick your file in Bulk cost upload (XLSX / CSV). The file needs a barcode or stock code column and a cost column; up to 5,000 rows and 5 MB are accepted. Press Preview, review the rows with errors, then save. Nothing is saved before you confirm.

A cost applies to orders placed after you save it; earlier orders do not change.

Watch stock differences between stores

  1. Open the Stock across stores tab (called Stok uyumu in the Turkish interface).
  2. Start with the summary card Sold out on one store, selling on another.
  3. Use the filter to switch to Numbers differ, Likely placeholder or Reorder; open a product's History to see the last 30 days.

This page only reads: it sends nothing to your stores, and the numbers are each store's last read stock.

Transfer products to another marketplace

  1. On Store products select products and press Transfer selected.
  2. On Transfer choose the Target marketplace. Each row comes with a status such as Ready to preview or Missing info; complete what is missing with the link shown.
  3. For ready rows press Send for approval. An approval request is valid for 5 minutes.
  4. Read the information that will be sent, then press Approve and send.
  5. Follow each step under Publishing status.

The preview sends nothing. If a barcode is an in-store code starting with 2, you are asked to confirm it before sending, because marketplaces match by barcode and the product could attach to another seller's product.

Warehouses, bundles and Excel

  • In a product's Stock tab you enter warehouse stock by size and colour; Transfer between warehouses moves units from one warehouse to another and the total does not change.
  • On Bundles you define set products; bundle stock is calculated from its components.
  • Catalog has Export to Excel and Import from Excel (Growth); an import has a Review step and then Apply.

What you should see

  • In the Store products list, products with a cost show the Cost entered badge.
  • In a transfer each row shows its saved status, such as Awaiting approval, Sent or Live.

Troubleshooting

  • Sending is not open yet means transfer is not open for that marketplace; the preview still works.
  • If the approval expired, press Send for approval again.
  • If a product is missing, see Troubleshooting.
