Before you start
- Plan and billing belong to the business owner. Team members with limited access do not see this section; for a closed feature they get an "ask the business owner" note.
- Prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude VAT and other taxes. Any tax that applies is shown separately at checkout and on your invoice.
- For a business created by installing the app from Shopify, the plan, trial and invoices are managed in your Shopify admin (Apps > Crossell > Plan); this page says so there.
Steps
Comparing and choosing plans
- On Settings, in Plan and usage, press Compare plans, or open Plans and billing directly.
- Choose Monthly or Annual. Annual billing saves 10% and is charged once a year.
- Press Choose {plan} under the plan and finish the payment on the Stripe page. Your current plan shows Current plan.
- Starter and Growth start with a free trial: 14 days (7 days when you start from the Turkish site), a card is required, once per account. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged; a trial that ends without a card cancels itself. Scale and Pro have no trial.
What each plan unlocks
- Starter: running your store day to day. Catalog, orders, reading one store's customer questions, cost estimates, Account statement and Invoices. 1 seat; 90 days of order history.
- Growth: checking every store and every number. Questions from every store, returns analysis, product reports, exports, payout and invoice audits, stock protection, buybox status. 2 seats; 365 days of order history.
- Scale: pricing and customer replies. Replies from Crossell, reconciliation, pricing signals, the weekly Trendyol tariff optimizer, approved price changes, order actions. 5 seats; full order history.
- Pro: teams that need every tool. Everything in Scale plus AI reply drafts, every Today drilldown and permission groups. 20 seats.
- Enterprise: custom limits; use Talk to sales.
A feature outside your plan shows as a locked section or a summary card; the lock names the plan that includes it.
Card, invoices and cancellation
- On Plans and billing, in "Need invoices, card changes, or cancellation?", press Manage billing.
- In the Stripe portal you change the payment method, see your invoices and cancel the subscription.
- Capacity add-ons (extra marketplace accounts, listing and SKU packs) are billed separately from your plan; cancel them separately in Stripe to stop their renewal.
When a payment fails
- If a renewal payment fails, a banner appears at the top: "Your payment failed. Update your card by … or access to this business will pause." You have 72 hours from the failure time Stripe recorded, and access stays open during that time.
- The business owner presses Update payment and changes the card. A team member the owner has granted this right can update the payment method only; everyone else sees Let the business owner know.
- If the time runs out, access pauses; your connected accounts stay connected. Access returns as soon as the payment goes through.
What you should see
The owner gets an e-mail when a team member changes the payment method. A failed payment, 24 hours left and access pausing are also e-mailed.
Troubleshooting
- If it says Stripe could not be opened, try again.
