Before you start
- You must be able to sign in to your Trendyol seller panel.
- Trendyol issues one set of integration credentials per seller account, so there is nothing to tick. Anyone holding them can act for your store: enter them only in this Crossell form.
- The number of accounts you can connect depends on your plan; see Plans and billing.
Steps
In the Trendyol panel
- Sign in to your Trendyol seller panel.
- Open Hesap Bilgilerim (Account Information), then Entegrasyon Bilgileri (Integration Information).
- Copy the supplier ID, API key, API token and API secret.
In Crossell
- In Settings open the Integrations card. Open Add a marketplace and press Connect next to Trendyol. If Trendyol is already connected, Add another store appears for a second store.
- If you have more than one business, choose the business that should own the connection in Install for business.
- Fill in the fields: API Key, API Token, API Secret and Supplier ID. The Supplier ID contains digits only. The test needs the API Key, API Secret and Supplier ID; if you see an API token in the panel, enter it too.
- Press Test and save.
Crossell first sends Trendyol a small read-only request for a single product from your catalog. If Trendyol accepts the credentials, they are stored encrypted and the store is linked to your business. If Trendyol refuses, nothing is saved.
What you should see
- A "Trendyol connection verified" notification appears and the window closes shortly after.
- The store shows under Connected shops as Connected. Its description reads "Connection saved. Account readiness is verified on the first sync." Manage next to it opens the connection details, credential editing and Disconnect.
- Below it a Continue from the operating queue card with an Open Action Center button appears.
- On the Marketplace sync page you see the reads of your Trendyol account: Catalog products, Orders, Customer messages, Returns and Settlements. If you do not want to wait, use Start sync; you can choose All supported data or One data type.
To disconnect, use Manage > Disconnect. The saved connection is removed and new sync work stops until you reconnect.
Troubleshooting
Error messages mention "App Key" and "App Secret"; these are the API Key and API Secret fields.
- "Trendyol rejected the API credentials": copy the values again from the Integration Information page.
- "Trendyol denied API access": check the account's API access and the Supplier ID permissions.
- "Enter a Supplier ID containing only digits": do not enter letters or spaces in the Supplier ID.
- If Trendyol is rate-limiting or unavailable, wait a few minutes and try again without changing the credentials.
- If the sync page later shows "Connection blocked — reconnect the account", use Manage > Edit connection, enter the current details and test again.
For anything else see Troubleshooting.
