How do you connect your N11, Pazarama, Çiçeksepeti and PttAVM store?

You copy your API details from each marketplace's panel, have the Settings window verify them and save the connection.

← All guides

Before you start

  • You must be able to sign in to the marketplace's seller panel.
  • API details let anyone act for your store. Share them with nobody and enter them only in this Crossell form. Crossell stores them encrypted.
  • The number of accounts you can connect depends on your plan: Plans and billing.

Steps

Common to all

  1. In Settings open the Integrations card, expand Add a marketplace and press Connect next to the marketplace. For a second store on the same marketplace, Add another store appears.
  2. If you have more than one business, choose it in Install for business.
  3. Fill in the fields and press Test and save. Crossell verifies the details with the marketplace; if they are accepted it saves them, if not nothing is saved.

N11

  1. Sign in to N11 Satıcı Ofisi (seller office) and create an API key and secret.
  2. Paste them into App key and App secret in Crossell.

Your N11 seller account must be active, or N11 refuses the connection test.

Pazarama

  1. Sign in to Pazarama's seller portal and open its integration page.
  2. Copy the seller ID, client ID and client secret.
  3. Paste them into Seller ID, API key (client ID) and API secret in Crossell.

Pazarama only answers integrators it has approved. If the test says access was refused, ask Pazarama to approve Crossell's integration, then try again.

Çiçeksepeti

  1. Sign in to your Çiçeksepeti seller panel, open your integration information and copy your seller ID and API key.
  2. Fill in Seller ID and API Key in Crossell.
  3. In the Environment list choose Production for your live store. Sandbox is for a test environment.

PttAVM

  1. Sign in to your PttAVM seller panel.
  2. Open Hesap Yönetimi > Entegrasyon Bilgileri and copy your Api-Key and Access-Token.
  3. Paste them into Api-Key and Access-Token in Crossell.

Crossell verifies them with one read-only call, then reads your orders and catalog. Price, stock, listing and shipping actions follow your account permissions. PttAVM offers no public questions, returns or settlement API, so those stay in the PttAVM panel.

What you should see

  • A "… connection verified" notification appears and the window closes shortly after.
  • The store shows under Connected shops as Connected.
  • The reads are listed on the Marketplace sync page. For N11, Pazarama and Çiçeksepeti, catalog, orders, questions and return-request reads are supported; account access still applies.
  • For PttAVM, reopening the window with Manage after connecting shows a Shipping warehouse card. Choose the warehouse PttAVM ships from when Crossell creates a shipping barcode and press Save default; only the business owner or an admin can do this. With several PttAVM accounts, first choose one in the PttAVM account list.

Troubleshooting

  • "Rejected the credentials": copy the current values from the panel again. For N11 you may need to create a fresh key and secret.
  • "PttAVM rejected the Api-Key or Access-Token": copy both again from Hesap Yönetimi > Entegrasyon Bilgileri.
  • If PttAVM could not be reached, nothing was saved; try again in a few minutes.
  • If Pazarama says its "security layer blocked this server", your credentials are not the problem. Ask Pazarama to allow Crossell's server or retry from a Turkish network.
  • If Çiçeksepeti rejects the details, copy the API key and seller ID from the panel again.
