How do you connect Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, eBay and Faire?

You connect your US and global channels from Settings and then see what is switched on.

Before you start

  • WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, eBay and Faire are in Beta in Crossell. Crossell shows only the capabilities that are on for your account.
  • In Settings open the Integrations card and, under Add a marketplace, press Connect next to the channel (Faire uses the button below). With more than one business, choose one in Install for business.
  • Crossell stores your credentials encrypted.

Steps

Shopify

  1. In the window type your address as your-store.myshopify.com in Shopify store URL.
  2. Press Connect with Shopify and approve the access in Shopify; you come back to Crossell when it is done.

Shopify shows the access it asks for before you approve: products and inventory (read and write), orders (read). Changes are written only when you approve them. Shopify shares the last 60 days of orders.

WooCommerce

  1. In Store URL enter the public https:// address of your store.
  2. For one click, press Connect with WooCommerce and approve Crossell in your WordPress admin.
  3. Or in WordPress open WooCommerce › Settings › Advanced › REST API, add a key with Read/Write permission, paste it into Consumer key (ck_…) and Consumer secret (cs_…) and press Test and save.

Read/Write lets Crossell import your products, publish the listings you approve and update price and stock; a read-only key only allows importing. Create the key for an administrator or shop manager you control.

TikTok Shop (US shops only)

  1. Press Connect next to TikTok Shop (or Connect TikTok Shop on the TikTok Shop page).
  2. Sign in to TikTok Shop Seller Center, pick your US shop and authorize Crossell.

eBay

  1. Press Connect with eBay.
  2. Sign in to eBay and grant access. eBay's consent screen lists the access Crossell asks for.

Faire (US / USD brands only)

  1. Press Connect with a Faire API key.
  2. Follow the 4 steps in the window: Open the Faire brand portal, enter Crossell's app token there (copy it with Copy in the window), press Generate API key, then paste the key into Faire API key and press Connect.

What you should see

  • The store or brand shows under Connected shops as Connected.
  • TikTok Shop: the page shows Beta and Read-only badges. Today you see products, SKUs and stock per warehouse; other capabilities such as orders and finance are switched on separately and shown there once on. Recipient name, phone and address of TikTok-shipped orders are not stored. Disconnect with Disconnect on that page.
  • eBay: the eBay operations page has Listings, Orders, Returns, Finances, Performance, Messages and Activity tabs. If eBay changes are switched off for your business the page says so; reads keep working.
  • Faire: the Faire operations card shows Orders, Products, Payouts, Reviews and Changes sent tabs. Crossell manages Faire stock is off by default; while it is off, Crossell never changes Faire stock.

Troubleshooting

  • If Shopify asks for your "myshopify.com address", write it as your-store.myshopify.com; if the connection expired, connect again.
  • If you see "This connection needs attention from the Crossell team", contact support from Settings.
  • If WooCommerce refuses the address, use an https:// address without IP, port or query; if the key is read-only, create a new Read/Write key.
  • If TikTok Shop was connected to the wrong shop, disconnect, connect again and pick the right US shop.
  • If Faire says Crossell "connects US Faire brands only", your brand's currency is not USD and it cannot be connected.
