Crossell calculates this for every order automatically

This tool works out one product. Crossell reads the orders, statement rows and costs of your store and estimates profit order by order.

How is this calculated?

The VAT and withholding rules are the common ones for Turkish e-commerce (fees treated as VAT-inclusive, 1% stopaj on the VAT-exclusive sale). Ask your accountant whether they match your N11 account.

  • The math runs in whole kuruş. The VAT balance is rounded once per order; the commission, stopaj and a desi-based cargo fee are each rounded to the kuruş on their own line. The sales, purchase and fee VAT lines are rounded one by one, so they can differ from the VAT balance by a kuruş.
  • VAT balance: sales VAT minus purchase VAT minus fee VAT. Fees are treated as VAT-inclusive and split with amount x 20 / 120.
  • Stopaj is 1% of the VAT-exclusive sale amount.
  • Commission, cargo and the platform service fee are the values you type; Crossell uses no category rate and no default fee.
  • Results are estimates. Ask your accountant for tax decisions; the real amounts on your statement can differ.
