How is this calculated?
- Desi = length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 3000. 3000 is a commonly used divisor; check the one in your own carrier contract, because carriers can use another divisor.
- Typically the larger of the desi and the weight in kg is billed. This is a common practice, not a rule of any marketplace or carrier: confirm it with your carrier.
- Some carriers round the desi up to a whole number or to a step. This tool shows the exact value with two decimals and does not round up.
