Managing Turkish marketplaces from one dashboard

Crossell connects Trendyol, Pazarama, Çiçeksepeti, N11, and PttAVM to one workspace. It reads your catalog and orders, plus customer questions, returns and payout data where the marketplace offers them, and shows what is missing instead of a zero. This guide lists what it does on each marketplace today.

Why one dashboard matters once you sell on two or three marketplaces

Every Turkish marketplace has its own seller panel, its own order statuses, its own question inbox and its own statement format. With one marketplace that is fine. With three, the day turns into opening panels, matching order numbers by hand and wondering which statement a payout belongs to.

Crossell puts the accounts you already have into one workspace. It does not replace the marketplace panels: you still ship, invoice and accept the marketplace's rules there. What it gives you is one list of orders, one place for customer questions, one set of numbers that use the same definition on every channel, and a clear note whenever a number is incomplete.

What Crossell does on each Turkish marketplace

The table below is generated from the same registry that decides what the rest of the site may say, so it changes when a channel's stage changes. Live means open to every seller. Beta means open to connect while we verify it on live seller accounts.

What actually runs on your account also depends on the permissions the marketplace grants to your API key, so check the permissions you give when you create it.

How connecting works

  1. Create your Crossell workspace and open Settings.
  2. Pick the marketplace and paste the API credentials from its seller panel. Crossell tests them against the marketplace before saving anything, and stores them encrypted.
  3. Crossell imports your catalog first, then reads orders on a schedule. A first import of a large catalog takes a while; Settings shows the sync status of each account.
  4. Add your other marketplaces the same way. Each seller account is its own channel account, so two accounts on the same marketplace count as two. How many your plan includes is on the pricing page.

What you see once the accounts are connected

  • Orders: one list for Trendyol, Pazarama, Çiçeksepeti, N11, and PttAVM, each row showing which marketplace and which account it came from.
  • Customer questions: Trendyol, Çiçeksepeti, and N11 questions in one inbox, so you do not check each panel for unanswered ones. Which plan lets you answer from inside Crossell is listed on the pricing page.
  • Returns: return requests from Trendyol, Pazarama, Çiçeksepeti, and N11, next to the orders they belong to.
  • Payouts: payout data from Trendyol, Pazarama, and N11, so you can compare what a marketplace paid with what you expected.
  • Catalog: your product listings from Trendyol, Pazarama, Çiçeksepeti, N11, and PttAVM, with cost entered once per product so margins can be calculated.

Price changes are available on Trendyol and N11. They go through an approval step: you see the exact new price and approve it before anything is sent.

What Crossell does not claim

  • Pazarama and PttAVM publishes no public API for customer questions, returns or payouts. Crossell shows "not provided by this marketplace's public API" there. It never shows a zero in place of data that does not exist.
  • Money is never added across currencies. A marketplace order in another currency stays in that currency.
  • Where a figure is an estimate (for example a shipping cost before the carrier invoice), it is labelled as one.
  • Crossell reads and, where enabled, writes through each marketplace's API. It cannot approve your seller account, change a marketplace's commission schedule or lift a restriction the marketplace placed on you.

Where to go next

The marketplaces page lists every channel Crossell can connect today with its stage. The features page explains the dashboard, orders, inbox and economics views, and the pricing page shows what each plan includes.

Questions and answers

Which Turkish marketplaces can I connect to Crossell?

Trendyol, Pazarama, Çiçeksepeti, N11, and PttAVM. The marketplaces page shows each one with its current stage.

Can I connect more than one account on the same marketplace?

Yes. Each seller account is a separate channel account. The number of channel accounts depends on your plan.

Does Crossell replace the marketplace seller panels?

No. You still ship, invoice and follow each marketplace's rules in its own panel. Crossell gives you one place to see orders, questions, returns and payouts across them.

Why does Pazarama and PttAVM show no questions or returns?

Its public API does not provide them, so Crossell says so instead of showing an empty list that looks like good news.
